October International Match Round Up

Four Reign FC players appeared for their respective national teams during the recent FIFA international break.

Allie Long scored the opening goal for the U.S. Women’s National Team in a 2-0 win against South Korea on Thursday, October 3. Long also appeared as a substitute in a 1-1 draw against South Korea on Sunday, October 6. Megan Rapinoe started both matches and assisted on all three of the United States’ goals across the two matches.

Rebecca Quinn started and played in the first half of Canada’s 4-0 loss to Japan on Saturday, October 5.

Jodie Taylor started and played 74 minutes in England’s 2-1 loss to Brazil on Saturday, October 5. Taylor also appeared as a substitute for the Lionesses in a 1-0 win against Portugal on Tuesday, October 8.

Reign FC wraps up the regular season against the Orlando Pride on Saturday, October 12 at 4:30 p.m. PT.
