Using the Seattle Reign Account Manager
*Please note, your season tickets or multigame pack will not appear in your regular Ticketmaster app. The two programs do not sync, and the Ticketmaster app is just for single match tickets bought from Ticketmaster.com
Login to am.ticketmaster.com/reignfc: click the SIGN IN tab in the top right of the screen. Put in your email address (the one associated with your Seattle Reign season ticket purchase) and password. If you have not used the Seattle Reign account manager before, SIGN UP to create an account.
Once on the home page it will show you the account credit balance available to you.
Click on My Events and you will see the matches you have tickets for
When you click on a specific match then you will see your seats. When you tap on the seat, while using your cell phone, you will see the barcode – you will not see a barcode while using a computer – this can be saved to the phone’s wallet (which is recommended) or just opened and used to scan at the entrance at Lumen Field.
Other than scanning your ticket on match day, you have two options. You can transfer your tickets to someone else or you can sell them. If you clicked on Transfer then you should select the seats you want to forward to someone, then fill out the required fields and your recipient will be alerted to receive the tickets.
Enter the information needed for the separate fields and the tickets will be transferred across.
If you selected to Sell Tickets, you will be asked to select the tickets you want to sell. If you haven’t already, they will ask you to Create Your Seller Profile and then you will Set the Price.
There are minimum and maximum prices per ticket depending on the location of the tickets. If you do not price the ticket within that range, it will let you know the minimum.
These tickets will be sold on the Ticketmaster.com page that Seattle Reign promote for single match purchases for the best chance to sell.
