Reign FC Mobile App

A mode switcher at the top of the app home screen lets you toggle between the Seattle Sounders FC and Reign FC modes easily. The top of the screen will show your current team selection – just click the arrow on the right of the logo and use the dropdown menu to jump to another mode!

If you don’t have the Sounders FC mobile App or still have an older version of the previous OL Reign app installed on your device, then yes you will have to download a new app. 

If you already have the Sounders FC app, you can just update to the latest version via the Apple iOS Store or Google Play Store to access Reign FC mode.

New Users:
New users will have to create a profile and select their preferences. You should be prompted to do so when launching the app for the first time, but can do this anytime by following the steps below:

• Find the “My Profile” page by clicking on the “More” menu on the bottom right corner of the app (look for the three dots)

• Click “Sign Up” button at the top of the page

• Create your account by adding your info to the required fields.

• After the form is complete, click “Next”

• You will be directed to add additional information, connect your Ticketmaster account (if applicable) and select your personalization preferences

Returning Users:

If you already have an account in the Sounders FC app, you can use the same credentials. However, you may need to log in again after updating.

·      Select create profile/login at the onboarding screen, profile page or settings page. (This can also be launched by accessing your tickets in a variety of locations throughout the app menu)

• Create your profile by selecting your username, email, and password.

• Connect your accounts. After you complete your profile and click ‘done’, you’ll be prompted to connect to Ticketmaster.

Now your accounts are connected and you are logged into both the app and Ticketmaster!

You’ll be able to access your tickets at anytime, download them to your device, or send them to friends.

Yes! We strongly recommend downloading your tickets from the app to your device to avoid any service issues when attempting to enter Lumen Field on matchday. Downloading your tickets keeps entry lines short and efficient for everyone.

We will periodically update the app to make sure fans are having the best possible experience. When this occurs, you’ll need to log back in and relink your Ticketmaster account to access your tickets.

Yes, Reign FC tickets are available for purchase directly within the app.

Under “Customize Your Icon”, you’ll see multiple home screen icon options for both clubs.

Yes, you can customize push notification settings to receive updates only for Reign FC or Sounders FC, or both.

You can also change your notification settings anytime by heading to the “My Profile” section of the app and scrolling to the bottom to update your preferences.
