2024 TICKET POLICIES 

1. Pitch Side Seats. Premium Ticket Holders who purchase Season Ticket Plans or Single Match Plans that are identified by Reign FC as “pitch side” Premium Tickets shall receive the following benefits:

   ·       Parking passes for the north lot at the Stadium;

   ·       Use of a VIP line through security and gated access to the Stadium;

   ·       Hosted food and beverage, including a selection of beer, wine, and other non-alcoholic beverages in a selection provided in Reign FC’s sole discretion; and

   ·       Pitch-front seats.

    

   Reserve Club. Ticket Holders who purchase Season Ticket Plans, Flex Plans, or Single Match Plans that are identified by Reign FC as “reserve club” Premium Tickets shall receive the following benefits:

   ·       Stadium garage parking passes;

   ·       Hosted food and beverage, including a selection of beer, wine, and other non-alcoholic beverages in a selection provided in Reign FC’s sole discretion; and

   ·       Access to the Club Level and Club Level amenities, subject to change in Reign FC’s sole discretion.

    

   Club Level Suites. Ticket Holders who purchase Season Ticket Plans, Flex Plans, or Single Match Plans that are identified by Reign FC as Club Level Premium Tickets shall receive the following benefits:

   ·       One (1) Stadium garage parking pass for every fourth (4th) Ticket purchased;

   ·       The option to purchase additional Stadium garage parking passes at a reduced rate, as determined by Stadium and/or Reign FC in their sole discretion;

   ·       The option to purchase catered food and beverage at Ticket Holders sole cost; and

   ·       Access to on-the-field experiences, including but not limited to Warm-Up Watchers and Final 15 Minutes, subject to availability per match and in Reign FC’s sole discretion.

    

   Suite Level Suites. Ticket Holders who purchase Season Ticket Plans, Flex Plans, or Single Match Plans that are identified by Reign FC as “suite level” Premium Tickets shall receive the following benefits:

   ·       One (1) Stadium garage parking pass for every fourth (4th) Ticket purchased;

   ·       The option to purchase additional Stadium garage parking passes at a reduced rate, as determined by Stadium and/or Reign FC in their sole discretion;

   ·       Use of a VIP line through security and gated access to the Stadium;

   ·       The option to purchase catered food and beverage at Ticket Holders sole cost; and

   ·       Access to on-the-field experiences, including but not limited to Warm-Up Watchers and Final 15 Minutes, subject to availability per match and in Reign FC’s sole discretion.

    

   Season Ticket Plan Member Benefits. All Season Ticket Plan Members Accounts, whether purchased at the Premium Ticket level or the “reserved” level shall receive the following benefits, subject to change in Reign FC’s sole discretion:

   ·       Exclusive 2025 Season Ticket Plan Member scarf and gift box;

   ·       Interest-free flexible payment plans;

   ·       Ten percent (10%) off additional match Tickets;

   ·       Ten percent (10%) off Reign FC’s academy youth camp and clinic;

   ·       Free away regular season match Ticket to games in Portland, Oregon against the Portland Thorns FC;

   ·       Access to exclusive Season Ticket Plan Member events;

   ·       Priority access to concerts and other events held at the Stadium;

   ·       A first right to purchase any non-regular season Tickets through Pay-As-We-Play Program (as set forth above);

   ·       Auto-Renewal (as set forth above);

   ·       Ability to sell, transfer, and donate Season Tickets;

   ·       Ability to participate in the Upgrade Program (as set forth above);

   ·       Early access to purchase season-long parking passes (if not already included with Season Ticket Plan);

   ·       Participation in the Referral Program (as set forth above); and

   ·       Access to Reign FC’s Perfect Attendance Prize Program.
