Six Seattle Reign FC Players Called Up for July International Window

Seattle Reign FC has six players joining their national teams for the upcoming international window. Jordyn Huitema and Quinn will be representing Canada on the Olympic stage, while Jess Fishlock, Angharad James-Turner and Lily Woodham will join Wales for UEFA Euro 2025 qualifying and Emeri Adames will join the U.S. Under-20 Women’s Youth National Team for a series of friendly matches. A full schedule of Seattle Reign FC international games can be found below.

The Canadian National Team will be participating in the 2024 Olympics Games in Paris. The team qualified for the Olympic Games back in September 2023 by defeating Jamaica across a two-match series in the 2023 Concacaf W Olympic Play-In. The reigning gold medalists will play in a group with New Zealand, France and Colombia.

The Welsh National Team is set to play its final two UEFA Women’s European 2025 qualifying matches over the international break, against Croatia and Kosovo. With a playoff place already secured, two wins in the final matches will secure first place in the qualifying round group and guarantee a seeded place for the semifinals.

The U.S. Under-20 Women’s Youth National Team will host camp in Athens, Georgia, featuring two friendly matches against fellow U-20 Women’s World Cup qualifier Mexico. This camp marks the last training camp for the U.S. U-20s before a 21-player roster is selected to represent the USA at the 2024 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.
