Seattle Reign FC Head Coach Laura Harvey fields a new lineup as the Reign take on Utah Royals FC at 6:00 p.m. PT at Lumen Field in Seattle, Washington for the opening match of the NWSL x Liga MX Femenil Summer Cup.

Lineup notes:

  • Laura Harvey made nine changes to the starting XI since the Reign’s last match on July 7, also against Utah Royals FC.

  • Defender Julia Lester, who the Reign acquired via trade this past offseason, is set to make her debut for the club.

  • Goalkeeper Laurel Ivory will wear the captain’s armband for the first time of her career in her ninth start of the 2024 year.

  • Four players are making their first start of 2024 – defender Julia Lester, midfielder Maddie Mercado, midfielder Nikki Stanton and forward McKenzie Weinert.
