Goalkeeper Claudia Dickey Nominated for Save of the Week

Seattle Reign FC goalkeeper Claudia Dickey has been nominated for NWSL Save of the Week for Week 4 of the NWSL regular season. She earned her third-ever nomination thanks to her 45th minute save in Reign FC’s match against the Orlando Pride at Lumen Field.

On an aggressive attack from the Pride, midfielder Angelina carried the ball into the center of the field, positioning herself for a powerful strike outside the box. Her shot blazed toward goal, forcing Dickey to acrobatically get into the air and tip the ball over the bar to keep it out of the net.

Dickey made three saves and one clearance in the match and has played every minute in goal for the Reign during the 2025 season. The goalkeeper has previously won NWSL Save of the Week twice – once in 2023 and 2024. She is nominated alongside Orlando’s Anna Moorhouse, Kansas City’s Lorena and Bay FC’s Jordan Silkowitz.
