Michael Minthorne is the High Performance Director for the club, where he supports players to reach peak performance throughout the season. Minthorne enters his fourth year in the NWSL and first year with Seattle Reign FC. His past NWSL experience includes working with the Washington Spirit as the Director of Performance. Minthorne has also worked in Asia, Europe and South America.

Born in Woodbridge, Virginia, Minthorne received his bachelor’s in Health and Exercise Science at Marymount University in Virginia, where he also played soccer for the Saints in multiple positions.
