Yaxley enters his first season with Seattle Reign FC as the Assistant Coach & Head of Goalkeeping and brings over a decade of NWSL coaching experience, having never missed an NWSL season since the inaugural year in 2013. 

Most recently, Yaxley spent two seasons with the Kansas City Current as the club’s goalkeeper coach and helped the club reach the 2022 NWSL Championship. Prior to his role with the Current, Yaxley spent five years with the Orlando Pride from 2017-21 and four seasons with the Washington Spirit from 2013-2016. 

A native of Essex, England, Yaxley holds a USSF A-Senior coaching license, in addition to NSCAA Advanced National Goalkeeping and NSCAA Advanced Regional Diplomas.
