Norton enters her second season with Seattle Reign FC. Prior to joining the club ahead of the 2023 season, Norton served as the Director of Coaching for the U13-U19 Girls’ Program at PacNW Soccer Club, as well as the Director of the Surf Development Academy program in San Diego. 

Her coaching experience includes time with the University of Arizona women’s soccer team and U-18 and U-20 U.S. Youth National Team as an assistant coach. The second-year coach holds a USSF A License and a USSF Youth National Coaching License.
