Amy Benthin enters her fifth year as Team Chaplain for Seattle Reign FC. She holds a B.A. in Communications from University of North Carolina, where she also played soccer and became a three-time National Champion. Additionally, Benthin has a life coach certification through CTEDU, along with 20 years of experience leading, pastoring, coaching and working with people. She was raised in Issaquah, Washington, and is married with three daughters. From training as a competitive athlete, raising three daughters, pursuing a career as a local church pastor for over two decades, starting a life and wellness coaching business, to serving as an NWSL chaplain, Benthin brings a unique perspective and adds value and wisdom to Seattle Reign FC.
