Santiago Gallo enters his fourth season as the Associate General Manager for Seattle Reign FC, where he works closely with general manager Lesle Gallimore to support current and incoming players, as well as all technical staff. He first joined the club in 2017 as a matchday assistant and later became the team administrator in 2019 before taking on his current role in 2021. He holds a Master’s in Sports Administration and Leadership from Seattle University. Santiago was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, speaks both English and Spanish and moved to the United States in 2016. Prior to moving to the U.S., Santiago worked at Ernst & Young (EY) as a climate change and sustainability consultant and was also an industrial engineer out of Universidad de los Andes in his hometown.
